Aomori Prefecture is one of Japan’s leading apple-producing regions, but at the same time, apple-related food waste is a major problem. Based in the Tsugaru, Aomori, Japan, We collect wasted apples from the local farmers and create unprecedented products with our unique processing technology and the power of design.Adam is created by a collaboration between KOMORU Corporation and M&T.
