Have you already heard of @la_maillerie? An innovative district located in Villeneuve d’Ascq which keeps in mind the history of its territory where the former industrial site of the 3 suisses once resided.
Who says innovative project says intelligent deconstruction approach. It was alongside @bouygues_construction that we participated in the creation of the Maillerie esplanade. This is made up of 9,000 Wasterial® Concrete pavers made from secondary raw materials from the deconstruction site. That’s not all ! We also created 150 planters to beautify the exteriors of residential buildings.
