SeaWood SEAt
SEAt is a design project that resulted from seaweed material exploration in the search for applications that can me made of this biodegradable material.
The stool is made of seaweed and used paper. As as result of the chosen process there is no need for glue or other additives. Firm heating and molding methods bring out the natural binding properties of the seaweed. The result is a strong structure, yet with a soft, light touch.
