Getting Started

Set up your account and find the right starting point.

Start with the information you need for your work today.

Before You Start
Think about whether you are managing a space, delivering a project, or showcasing a solution.

What To Do

  1. If you own or operate a space, start with one location. Gather its name, address, key contacts, and any existing asset or warranty records.

  2. If you are an architect, designer, or contractor, start with one active project. Gather the project name, scope, team contacts, and current specifications.

  3. If you provide materials or solutions, prepare your business description, product information, and contact details.

  4. Use Discover to explore options, Organize to keep useful records together, and Impact to prepare evidence of progress. Begin with the part that solves your immediate need.

If You Need Help
You work across several roles? Start with your immediate task. You do not need to organize everything on your first visit.

Contact Support and tell us what you were trying to do. Do not include passwords or full payment details.

Create access to ArchiMAT and begin with the correct account.

Before you start
Use an email address you can access. If a colleague invited you, have the invitation ready.

What to do

  1. Open ArchiMAT from the official website and use the account registration or sign-in option.

  2. If you have an invitation, follow that link and use the email address it was sent to. Avoid creating a second account to resolve an invitation problem.

  3. Complete the information requested on screen. If an email verification step appears, open the message and follow its instructions.

  4. After signing in, check that your account details and the company or team shown are correct before adding records.
